Who can sell on Wildehall?
Anyone offering fresh, legal, and verifiable food
products—such as fish, meat, berries, mushrooms, or similar items—is welcome to join
as a seller. Sellers must be able to fulfill local deliveries within 24 hours.
How do I know the food is fresh and safe?
Wildehall uses AI-driven image analysis, metadata
checks, and a verified buyer feedback loop to ensure product quality. Sellers are
required to meet freshness and safety standards, and repeated violations result in
removal.
Is there a commission on sales?
No. Wildehall operates on a flat €5/month membership
fee. Sellers keep 100% of their sales—no transaction or commission fees are charged.
How do deliveries work?
Once a buyer places an order, the seller is notified and
responsible for completing the delivery within 24 hours (unless otherwise agreed).
The delivery radius is set by each seller when listing their products.
What happens if there’s a problem with my order?
Buyers have 3 days after delivery to report any issue
(such as wrong item or poor quality). Verified issues are resolved quickly through
support and our AI dispute triage system.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Membership is billed monthly with no long-term
commitment. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
Can Wildehall be used in any country?
Yes. While our initial focus is Europe, we are rapidly
expanding into Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Sellers and buyers from any country
may register, subject to compliance with local food and delivery regulations.
