By using Wildehall.com, you agree to the following payment terms. These ensure transparency, security, and fairness for all buyers and sellers.
1. Buyers
- • All purchases on Wildehall are prepaid via secure checkout using trusted payment gateways.
- • Buyers have 3 days after delivery to confirm the order or report any issues.
- • Verified issues are eligible for refunds or replacements as determined by Wildehall support.
2.Sellers
- • Funds are automatically released 72 hours after the buyer confirms delivery or after the 3-day confirmation window passes with no dispute.
- • Sellers must maintain product quality and fulfill orders within 24 hours to remain verified on the platform.
- • Repeated violations may result in delayed payouts or account suspension.
3. Membership Fee
- • Wildehall charges a flat €5/month membership fee, billed monthly with no long-term contract.
- • This fee provides access to all platform features, including listing products, buying, AI tools, and customer support.
- • Membership is required for both sellers and buyers.
