1. Membership

All users must pay a flat membership fee of €5/month to access platform services, including listing products, making purchases, and using AI tools. Membership is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime.

2. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You agree to comply with all local food laws, hygiene regulations, and delivery standards.

3. Sellers

• Sellers must fulfill orders within 24 hours of receiving confirmation, unless a different arrangement is made directly with the buyer.
• Products listed must be legal, fresh, accurately described, and within your delivery range.
• Failure to meet delivery or quality standards may result in account suspension.

4. Buyers

• Buyers must confirm receipt of goods or report any issues within 3 days of delivery.
• If no action is taken within 3 days, the order is marked as accepted and funds are released to the seller.
• Refunds may be issued only for verified issues reported within this window.

5. Payments

• All purchases are prepaid via secure checkout.
• Sellers receive payment automatically 72 hours after confirmed delivery.
• Wildehall takes no commission from sales—100% of the proceeds go to the seller.

6. Platform Use

• You may not post false, misleading, harmful, or illegal content on the platform.
• Automated scraping, spamming, or exploiting Wildehall services is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

7. Account Termination

Wildehall may suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, local laws, or threatens the integrity of the marketplace. Serious violations may result in permanent bans.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wildehall provides the platform “as-is.” We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from seller or buyer actions, or from third-party logistics providers.

9. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of Wildehall.com after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
